Level 2 Fitness instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer based at Derry Mathews gym.
Alongside my personal training sessions, I also run 3 brand new classes Hiit/Box, Kettle/box and Peaches & Lean.
Class one - Wednesday 17:30 Hiit/Box 30 minutes HIIT circuit with myself and 30 minutes boxing/body weight exercise with Derry Mathews. After 10 rounds we swap groups.
Class two - Friday 17:30 is a brand new circuit Kettle/BOX class is split into two half’s, Half do 10 rounds of Kettlebell with myself and the other half do 10 rounds boxing with Derry Mathews then we swap groups.
Class 3 - Peaches & Lean Saturday 11:00 women only.
I am also an Instructor at Ravin Fit with a number of different venus across Merseyside.
