I get many people message me enquiring about what I can provide as an online health and performance coach. I provide a service to clients who aim to achieve their goals.
I make sure that as a coach I am keeping you accountable. Being your own trainer can lead to you taking things easy and slacking, we’ve all been there but I am here to help . I make sure you are pushing yourself and are sticking to the plan every step of the way.
Implementing a flexible approach to your nutrition which allows to enjoy the foods which you LOVE is my main aims as a coach. I make sure you are consuming the right foods which will enable you to meet your goals.
3. OPTIMAL TRAINING PROGRAM
I implement an optimal training program which meets your goals and needs. I take into account your occupation, training status, mobility and health to make sure you are getting the most out of your training.
4. SCREENING AND TESTING
I Implement mobility screening and health screening to ensure that the work we do is suited to helping you achieve your goals and correct any muscular or postural imbalances. As a strength and conditioning coach I also provide athletes will optimal fitness testing often hard to come by within a majority of clubs and sports. All testing is sport specific and will provide a baseline measurement of your fitness levels to work towards improvement within your performance through a progressive program.
I make sure that you still get to enjoy the things you love whilst not regressing! There is nothing worse than going cold turkey for 3 months to smash your goal and then fall into your old routine due to restrictions! That’s why I use a flexible approach to ensure you can still go out for meals, attend a birthday party or go on that night out!
