K1 kickboxing is a fast, dynamic and effective martial art. Famed for its invaluable stand up techniques. Boxing, kicking, kneeing as well as a multitude of defense techniques makes this an exciting, effective and general feel good martial art. TMAS has produced many champions in this style as well as many black belts. Our Kickboxing Classes are structured to develop fitness, strength, toning, Agility and confidence.
5 THUNDER FIST KUNG FU
A traditional style that is designed to develop self-defence, endurance, coordination, fitness, physical and mental strength. A structured syllabus that incorporate all aspects of striking, locks take, downs, weapons, forms and sparring. There are 8 sashes to get you to black sash.
Combining kickboxing techniques, hear-pumping cardio and core strengthening exercises, this ladies only workout is guaranteed to burn calories, fat and tones your entire body. It is a fast paced class involving circuit training warm ups, focus pad and bag work drills and focuses on specific combinations to improve your technique. It targets your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs and butt in one workout and the intense physical exercise is also an amazing stress release.
KIDS KICKBOXING CLASSES
The Kids Kickboxing Classes are our newest and most exciting programme inspiring kids to be fit, healthy and confident. Throughout our Kids Kickboxing Classes we teach children from the age of 4-16 respect, self control and health through a series of classes, exercises and online interactive material.
If you feel you want to develop quicker, learn new techniques, get faster results or train on your own or in a small group, personnel training is the way to go.
